From our first experience we’ve loved working with Chris. He’s professional, intelligent, friendly and very sharp. We called CPL for general pest extermination. Chris sprayed every inch of our property and home, inside and out. He is quick and very thorough. What a difference it is to have consistent service (quarterly) by CPL. After finding evidence of drywood termites in my house, the first pest control company I called immediately said "you need to tent your house", without asking any further questions. Looking around for a second opinion, I came across CPL, and couldn't be happier with the results. Chris set up an appointment for the next day, showed up on time, listened to all my concerns, and explained the range of treatment options to me. He is clearly very knowledgeable about drywood termites, and explained that while tenting your house is an option that is appropriate in some cases, many drywood termite colonies are quite small and can be dealt with with a localized treatment. He is so easy to deal with before, during, and after the treatment, answered my questions via phone quickly; I now know I don't need to look anywhere else for my pest control needs. Give CPL a call, you won't be disappointed.

We kept finding cockroaches in the house and when one showed up in my shoe when I was putting it on, I was at my wits end! They were able to schedule a time to come out and spray the next day. It ended up raining and we did the day after, but they were quick to respond and update me!
