Where do termites get into Spring slab homes?

Plumbing and drain penetrations through the slab, expansion joints, and anywhere soil or mulch touches siding above the slab. Keep a few inches of slab visible so mud tubes can be seen.

Why do Spring Creek lots see more termites?

Wooded creek lots hold moisture, fallen limbs and stumps, which feed termite colonies right next to the house. Formosan termites also attack living trees, so a hollow, mud-packed tree near the house is worth reporting.

I used CPL last year for a termite problem. They did a great job protecting my house and keeping me informed! This year, I saw some termites in my yard. Chris inspected and assessed that they were not getting into the house. He sprayed that area to get rid of them and then sprayed my trees again just as a precaution. All this and he did not charge me for the visit!! Talk about excellent service! I highly recommend CPL and will continue to use them for my pest control needs.

I had a severe case of mole issue in my front yard. Digging everywhere and destroying my lawn . Christopher came and treated the yard with carbon monoxide. The first try didn’t work but he came back 2 times after that with no charge. Now it has been about a month after the last treatment and I see no sign of the mole. Great company .
